- All orders are subject to availability and delivery timelines based on project scope and location.
- No Return and Refund policy is applicable once material has been invoiced and dispatched. This is because certain government documents are generated at the time of invoicing and dispatch, which are non reversible and cannot be canceled.
- Carefully review all the photographs and videos provided with the product descriptions before placing the order. Kindly note that visual appearances may vary slightly depending upon the source (rivers) from which the original material is procured.
- Buyers can also visit the stockyard for better understanding of size specification, quality and quantity of the material.
- Buyers must ensure that the Unloading place/area or the access roads at his location are adequate to allow convenient movement for heavy vehicles and unloading of materials.
- If the distance between the location specified by the buyer and the unloading point exceeds 2-3 kilometers, additional transportation chargeswill be applied.
- Amount charged at the time of payment is approximately higher than the actual material cost.
- The estimated time for delivery of material rages from 24 hours to 72 hours. This duration may vary depending on several factors, including the distance between the dispatch and delivery or barricading imposed by the government authorities or local administration. We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, such external factors may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Liability: Nirmaan Setu is not liable for losses resulting from delays, supply chain disruptions, or third-party errors beyond our control.
