Given the nature of our products—bulk construction materials like crushed stone and aggregates—returns are not applicable. However, we understand that discrepancies may occur. Our return and refund policy includes:
Non-Refundable Items:
- Material dispatched after invoicing is also non-refundable.
- Products once offloaded and used at the client’s end are not eligible for return.
Eligibility:
- Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of wrong materials (major difference in size) upon delivery.
- If amount received in advance is more than the material dispatched, than the remaining amount will refunded.
Reporting: Any such issues must be reported within 3 working days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence and invoice number.
Verification and Resolution: After internal verification, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or alternative resolution.
